During that initial contact we will attempt to define as well as possible exactly what message you would like communicated to your staff. However some of the concepts discussed will require a one on one relationship to define properly.
In that case an appointment will be made for one of our trainers to meet with you briefly at your location to establish a baseline and then follow up to develop a precise plan that will establish your exact needs, goals and how we may help you attain them.
